Some success stories aren’t told loudly. They’re built quietly, steadily, and over time. The journey of Ulustrans is precisely that kind of story.
Ulustrans was founded in 1979 by my father, Rahmi Hacıalioğlu. In those early years, it was the first step of a vision — a dream taking form. Sadly, we lost him unexpectedly in 1989, far too soon. In the face of this difficult moment, our family stood strong. My mother, Suzan Hacıalioğlu, courageously stepped in to lead the company and ensured its continuity.
Until 2010, I worked alongside my mother, learning from her unwavering determination, discipline, and unwavering commitment to her values. After that, I assumed the role of Chairman of the Board, continuing this legacy with great responsibility and pride. Today, we move forward together, still rooted in the values built from day one.
What makes Ulustrans truly unique is not just its corporate structure, but the intergenerational sense of responsibility that drives it. Because we don’t just move cargo — we carry trust, time, and our clients’ ambitions.
Today, with our in-house fleet, strong agency network, modern warehousing infrastructure, integrated e-commerce solutions, and expert teams, we deliver competitive and sustainable logistics services not only across Turkiye, but globally.
Still, I must emphasize that the true strength behind this success lies in our people. At Ulustrans, we have never said “I did it.” We have always said, “We did it.” From our drivers in the field to our team members at headquarters, every individual is a pillar of this organization. The trust I place in this devoted family is what empowers me every step of the way.
What truly makes Ulustrans strong is the people who walk this path with us.
As leaders, we view our role not just as decision makers but as facilitators, unlocking the full potential of our teams. This approach has made knowledge sharing, problem solving, and a culture of collective wisdom cornerstones of who we are.
